J. Parker Wood

J. Parker Wood is a film, television and theatre actor based in Los Angeles, CA. He is most notably known for his role as James Howard in the INSP networks series The Wild West Chronicles starring Jack Elliot. Originally from Rhode Island, J. Parker Wood began his theatre career at 2nd Story Theatre and moved to New York City after studying acting at the School of Theatre Arts at Illinois Wesleyan University with notable acting coaches such as Tom Quinn, Lyuda Kizer and Jean Kerr. In 2016, he along with the rest of cast and director of the civil rights film My Girl Rose took many honorable mentions at notable film festivals around the country including the March on Washington Film Festival, where the film was selected to be screened at The White House. Catch him in the Wild West Chronicles on Peacock and Amazon Prime as well as History Channel's Histories Greatest Heists with Pierce Brosnan set to release February of 2023.
