Timothy Harker

Timothy Harker was born and brought up in Holywell, Flintshire, North Wales.
He came to the acting profession in middle age, and his first screen role was in 2015 as a spectral Butler in the horror short "I Shall Visit", and he worked with the same director in 2019 on the British folk horror feature "The Village In The Woods". TV work started with the role of a Guards Officer in season 3 of "Peaky Blinders", and he has since appeared in a number of dramas including "Why Didn't They Ask Evans" for ITV, "Feel Good" for Channel 4 and "The Other One" for BBC. He appears as the recurring character, Dr Threapwood in BBC's "Call The Midwife".
