John Detty is an Actor, Director, and Producer originally from Dayton, Ohio. After receiving his BFA in Acting from Ball State University in 2011, John moved to New York, where he began working in film and television. He earned his Sag-Aftra membership in 2012 and Actor's Equity Association membership in 2013. Since then, John and his wife, Jessica Detty, have been working in various cities to create their nonprofit theatre and film production company, Detty Studios. Detty Studios has produced live musicals, plays, web series, commercials, audio books, and award-winning short films. When not on stage or screen, John spends much of his time working as a narrator and audio engineer for audio books.
