Hazel Brugger

Hazel Brugger is a Swiss-American comedian, slam poet, and television presenter known for her sharp wit and insightful humor. She began her career in poetry slams at 17 and later gained prominence as a correspondent on the German satirical news show heute-show. Brugger has toured extensively with her stand-up programs, including "Hazel Brugger passiert" and "Tropical," the latter of which premiered on Netflix in December 2020. In addition to her stage performances, she co-hosts a podcast with her husband, Thomas Spitzer, with whom she has two children. Brugger continues to be a prominent figure in the German-speaking comedy scene, celebrated for her intelligent and relatable comedic style.
