Born and raised in San Diego, California, David L Wagner has been interested in both acting and writing since his youth. Since graduating from Ramona High School in 1988, David has spent most of his career writing for (and acting in) small local theater. In 2013, he decided to make the shift to TV/Film, prompting him to begin an intense acting training regimen in both San Diego and in Hollywood. His debut role has been that of FSB Agent Aleksey Popov in the series "Origin: Beyond the Impact."
