Before she started her acting career, she was a police officer for seven years at the Carmel Police Department in Indiana.

Used to be a competitive bodybuilder. When a fan on social media tagged her under a post that had a casting call for a queer bodybuilder, she responded to it, and she was very eager getting an audition for it. It earned her a leading role in the film D'amour et de sang (2024), where she played the character Jackie, who is also a competitive bodybuilder.

Often mistaken for being of Asian or Pacific Islander descent, she is actually of African-American and Irish descent.

She holds a brown belt in Goju Ryu Karate and a black belt in Hapkido and is trained extensively in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
