Her parents divorced, when she was 3. Following parents' divorce, she lived with her grandmother in Grodno, Belarus, and then moved to Moscow, Russia, to live with her mother not long prior to starting a school. When she was 10, her mother got remarried. Bortich has close relationship with her stepfather and doesn't like to speak about her relationship with biological father.

She worked as a waitress in a bar for almost a year and auditioned for roles in various films and TV shows the same time. After spending all the money she earned with her breakout role on Name Me (2014), Bortich back to her waitress job and worked in a rock club until she was fired for charge of drinking while working, which was compromised by her co-workers.

Aleksandr Petrov played her love interest on Neulovimye: Posledniy geroy (2015) and Vy vse menya besite (2017), and older brother on Politseyskiy s Rublyovki (2016), Politseyskiy s Rublyovki. Novogodniy bespredel (2018) and Politseyskiy s Rublyovki. Novogodniy bespredel 2 (2019).

Dated Ilya Malanin from 2014 to 2016. They later played a married couple on Politseyskiy s Rublyovki (2016).

While studying in the 9th and 10th grade in a high school, Bortich studied in the theater studio at the Pioneers Palace. It was there that she realized that she wanted to become an actress. However, she failed to enter the theater institute. Then she went to study in a pedagogical university, which she ended up leaving very soon.

In her childhood years, Bortich studied at the music school and played on different instruments, including saxophone.

Gained 20 kg of weight to play Anna Kulikova on I Am Losing Weight (2018). Her character decided to lose weight to get her boyfriend back. After the scenes where her character had overweight were filmed, Bortich had one and a half months to get back in shape to play the character after losing her overweight. After the movie was released, Bortich admitted that she had overweight in her teen years.

Auditioned for the role of Vasilisa Bobylkina on Deffchonki (2012), which eventually went to Taisiya Vilkova.

Mother, with ex-husband Evgeniy Saveliev, of son Alexander Saveliev (b. June 22, 2020).
