Biography

My work enables me to collaborate with many walks of life across all departments, this collaboration is critical in order to discover, create and present material with which to effect and inform an audience.

I have worked a variety of roles in the industry on a range of feature films, short films, TV broadcast for: Disney, Channel 4, ITV and BBC. Music video's, documentaries, online series, pilot concepts and narrative let campaigns for such names as Sainsbury's, McLaren, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Triumph and Morgan.

Early on I partnered with Mark Ashton at the Artz Centre in Skelmersdale, to teach students photography and film. This partnership led to the production of three awareness films, funded by the North West police and crime commissioner, as well as Addaction, the UK's leading drug awareness group. The films went on to be rolled out to high schools up and down the North West, and the midlands.

With an ability to know my way around a camera I DOP'd my first feature Once A Year On Blackpool Sands (2019). In doing so I learned a lot about each department on and off set, and found my calling as an assistant director.

In 2021 I successfully 1st AD'd for Dark Matter Studios two back to back features with a highly prolific cast: Forever Young and Young Gun.

Most recently my vision and ability secured me the role of second unit director on the set of Thirteen Car's, a feature that is in post production and set to come out in 2023.

My company The Firm Productions now has a catalogue of scripts and pitch decks generated and awaiting the green light from investors.
