He graduated in editing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. With two short feature films The Shepherd and The Death Room, he won a number of awards at short film festivals in the country.
In 2017, he directed his debut feature film, Volja Sinovljeva, which has not been completed to this day due to lack of financial resources (only an hour was shot).
During 2019, he directed episodes of the series Grupa, Ekipizza and Svindleri.
During March 2020, Ceranic finished filming the film Lihvar, the filming of which was previously interrupted due to the declaration of a state of emergency due to the COVID-19.
He lives and works in Belgrade.
