Raghuram Shetty

Raghuram Shetty is a multi-talented Award Winning Hollywood Actor, Executive Producer, Director, Writer, Model, Dancer and an advanced Dance-Drama Theaters Performing Artist. He hails from the rich culture of coastal Karnataka, India. One of his movies where he's Starring was considered initially for the 95th Academy (Oscars) Awards. He and his family are perhaps the first ones to be featured in several high profile National and International Commercials such as 3 Hollywood Superbowls, IPL Cricket, many industry leaders and so on. He was recently featured in an Indian blockbuster movie alongside some of the top Bollywood celebrities. He Leads the Cast list that includes some of the Hollywood celebrities in upcoming feature film #Familyman.

He started acting as a Drama Artist when he was only 8. He learned various folk and advanced classical Dances, Dance-Drama independent Theaters, Musicals and some of the mindboggling Performing Arts of rich coastal India in a very young age. When in 6th grade, he performed in an all night long "Yakshagana", one of the world's most advanced Dance-Drama Theatre. Despite heavy costumes, he shocked the seasoned performers with series of rigorous dancing and rich improv oratory skills!

His high energy, self-esteem and passion to win in every activity in school, helped him to open new pages in the history book throughout his life. He won the "Best Outgoing Student" Awards in every school he went to and was coronated as the "champion of champion" in all 4 years of his Engineering college days. He developed scholarly ability in local literature (Tulu, Kannada writer/orator), expertise in a wide variety of folk and classical theaters, award-winning athlete (sprint/ jump) and a star player in multiple sports, Best Cadet (National Cadet Corps award), honored yoga / Meditation Guru, noted Hypno therapist, Marshal Art coach("Kalari Pattu" basis for Kung-Fu, Karate), etc, besides the range of his entertainment expertise. He was also a great community organizer forming various ethnic/cultural /charity groups in every city he lived worldwide.

With his sons winning International Acting Awards in Hollywood, he moved to LA in 2014 to support family's Hollywood dream. Since his debut as a Lead in "Aditi", a short film from USC, he has featured as a Star and key Supporting roles in many award winning Shorts, Feature films, TV Series, major National/International Commercials (Super Bowls, IPL included!), Internet/Web series, PSAs, Dance and Music Videos, and so on. The recent productions like #FamilyMan (Feature Film) and "Patel Motel" (TV Series) depict the powerful all-round acting abilities of Raghuram in par with any top notch Actors in the world. The Award he won as Actor for several of his award winning Shorts like 'Coming Out with a Help Of Time Machine', 'Directors Treatment' or "Unfair and Ugly" Series etc., all point to the great potential and promise that it's just matter of time before he becomes the household name.

He wrote /directed /showcased and performed numerous unique variety shows across India before moving to US in 1994. Upon his arrival in America, being a vibrant storyteller and performer, he partnered with various local American and International cultural and charity organizations to help his life mission of spreading true knowledge "Entertain, Educate, Empower". He trained thousands of kids and adults in various theatrical, yoga, personality development and charity work. He founded "Yakshaloka USA", wrote, directed, and staged over 150 variety shows in major theaters across USA.

Unlike the other Hollywood / Bollywood celebrities, he continues to influence the American audience through his expertise in unique Theaters. For example, on 27 Sept 2014, dressed in heavy costumes, he reached out to 40,000+ audience flown to Orange County with 5+ hours of continuous performance which instantly attracted African drummers and local musicians to join his roving entertainment going across the huge fields. This was along the lines of his unique reputation in New England, across East Coast, Florida to all over CA of surprising the mass with unparalleled energy, costumes and hours of performances. IGV announced him as "World #1 Performer of most diverse and vibrant Performing Arts".

He's also an achiever in Technilogy sector. Since designing a high-tech product for ISRO (NASA of India) while in college, he excelled in his IT career both as an engineer and Executive. He's part of many industry leaders (eg: world #1 Apple) across the world and successfully retained "rare all-rounder" title there too! He says "growing up in culture rich east Indian Villages thru high-tech industry life in India / US, with constant delving on so many dimensions of life I touched, helped in developing my own unique acting abilities. I don't act, I simply transform!".
