Cedric Benjamin(I)

Cedric Benjamin is a professionally trained bi-coastal actor and writer from Southern Florida, who served in the United States Military. Being deployed overseas and stationed all over the U.S., Cedric began to write and act for troops to provide entertainment relief during rough days. After serving, he moved to New York where he cultivated and nurtured his passion for the film industry, by training with the late and great Wynn Handman and Anthony Abeson. Which lead him taking on groundbreaking roles in TV, Film, and Theater all over the U.S. He is also often seen doing stand up comedy in New York and Los Angeles. He passionate about fitness as having real world combat training and years of fight choreography and is avid about teaching others about mental health and the benefits of staying healthy.
