Born and raised in Virginia - Free-state, later moving to Springs - Gauteng, Jessica Roberts is a true "small-town girl" at heart. She went to the United Kingdom for 2 years, where she studied acting at The Carol Winifred Studios, where she absolutely fell in love with acting.
After the UK she went back to South Africa to pursue her acting career. She studied Advanced Acting For Film at ACT Cape Town, arguably some of the best teachers in the industry....Nicola Hanekom in Faan se trein (2014), Dis ek, Anna (2015) to name a few and Lee-Ann Van Rooi and Grant Swanby.
Jessica has been an actor for over 7 years appearing in Six Inches Play, that was Performed at the Grahamstown Festival and also at the Pop Art Theatre. She also did Stunt Work for the international Film My African Adventure (2013), nominated at the Robert Festival as Best Comedy. She's done several Voice-over work for Radio and TV. Jessica took part in the 48 Hour Film Project for 2017, as a Lead in the "27 Club". She recently appeared in an American Feature film called "The Last Sacrament".
