Morgan Wallen is hitting the road. The “Last Night” singer is kicking off 2025 with an announcement of a new album and a new tour.

“This tour is named after my new album that I am still working on – I’m The Problem. Excited to tell y’all more about it soon,” Wallen shared in a Jan. 24 Instagram post.

The 31-year-old country star’s fourth album doesn’t yet have a release date, but the first single and title track drops on Jan. 31.

Wallen’s North American tour begins June 20 in Houston and will hit cities across the U.S. and Canada. Supporting acts include Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Koe Wetzel, Thomas Rhett, Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Landley, and Annie Wilson.

The country star beat out last year’s winner, Lainey Wilson, as well as Luke Combs, Jelly Roll and Chris Stapleton, who won multiple honors Wednesday. Jeff Bridges presented the final award of the night, which comes weeks after Wallen earned his first pair of Grammy nominations.

Though Wallen missed the show, Stapleton was the big winner: He took home single, song and male vocalist of the year. He also opened the three-hour event alongside Post Malone with their collaboration, “California Sober,” sang “Honky Tonk Hall of Fame” with George Strait — who earned the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award — and strummed his guitar while staring at his wife, Morgane Stapleton, as they performed “What Am I Gonna Do.”

It’s time for the biggest night in Country. The 58th Annual CMA Awards will air tonight, Wednesday, Nov. 20, and you will not want to miss a beat.

The good news is that it’s easy to watch the awards live. You can tune into ABC from 8/7c tonight, catching all the performances, wins, and more from the comfort of your home. It’s only airing live on ABC.

A dozen more performers have been added to the talent lineup for next week’s CMA Awards telecast, with the three-hour show now boasting musical turns by the duo of Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan, Kacey Musgraves, Jelly Roll, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Eric Church, Brooks & Dunn, Riley Green, Megan Moroney, Bailey Zimmerman and Ella Langley.

Kahan and Ballerini will team up as duet partners for the song they currently have charting, “Cowboys Cry Too.” Brooks & Dunn will be joined by Jelly Roll for a performance of “Believe,” a track from the veteran duo’s new album of superstar collaborations, “Reboot II.” Another duet will come up in the form of Langley and Green’s CMAs contender “You Look Like You Love Me.”

The Country Music Association and ABC revealed a second round of CMA Awards performers Thursday. The list included Kelsea Ballerini, Brooks & Dunn, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, Noah Kahan, Megan Moroney, Kacey Musgraves and Bailey Zimmerman.

The awards, dubbed Country Music’s Biggest Night, will be hosted at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, on Nov. 20. The show will be broadcast live on ABC from 8-11 p.m. Est and will be available to stream the following day on Hulu.

The. newly announced list of performers will join Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Sierra Hull, Bronwyn Keith-Hynes, Ashley McBryde, Post Malone, Shaboozey, Chris Stapleton, Teddy Swims, Thomas Rhett, Molly Tuttle, and Lainey Wilson.

Church, the 2020 CMA Entertainer of the Year, and Combs, two-time CMA Entertainer of the Year and three-time nominee in 2024, will also perform at the show. Johnson, Moroney, Musgraves, and Zimmerman are also slated to perform.

Country music icon George Strait racked up 17 Country Music Award wins during his long career. He won Entertainer of the Year three times. Strait was inducted into the Country Hall of Fame in 2006. Country Music Awards To Honor George Strait

George Strait has had a long and fulfilling career in country music. He continues to make new music and entertain fans during live performances on tour. His latest album, Cowboys And Dreamers, dropped on September 6. It was his 31st studio album and his first in five years.

The country crooner has an extensive collection of awards thanks to his impressive discography. He’ll add another award later this month at the 2024 Country Music Awards. George Strait is this year’s recipient of the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award.

The awards ceremony, set to take place on November 20 airing live on ABC at 8 p.m. Et from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., will include both crossover music stars who have dabbled in country over the past year, as well as staples of the genre.

Lainey Wilson and Luke Bryan have been announced as co-hosts, along with Peyton Manning.

The 2024 CMA Awards telecast will be filled with performers who’ve had crossover success on different charts this year, including Post Malone, Shaboozey and Teddy Swims, as well as stalwarts of the genre like Lainey Wilson, Chris Stapleton and Luke Bryan, all announced Thursday as part of the first round of talent revealed for the Nov. 20 show.

Wilson and Bryan were shoo-ins to perform on this year’s CMAs, as they were already announced as co-hosts, along with Peyton Manning. Other big country names to come up in the first round of performers included Dierks Bentley, Thomas Rhett and Ashley McBryde.

The CMAs have already announced what these performers will be doing when they take to the Bridgestone Arena stage in just under two weeks, including some star-powered duets or medleys. Among these collaborations, Post Malone and Stapleton will be performing “California Sober” together.
