Amina Zia was born in Cambridge, UK. She is an actress and writer, known for her work in Porridge (2017), Doctors (2000) and the US feature Criminal (2016). She made her TV debut in Citizen Khan in 2012.
Graduated from London University's School of Slavonic and East European Studies with a degree in Russian and was awarded distinction in spoken Russian.
She appears in the US Old Spice Tragic Hair commercial (2017)
