- Amber Hutchins is an American actress born in Cincinnati, OH. She started doing theatre in High School at The Seven Hills School. She then went on to study at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati State Technical College with honors. She performed with the Cincinnati Black Theatre Company and studied acting under Stuart Rogers in Los Angeles, and Steve Francia in Cincinnati.
