Shivin Narang, who worked with the late Tunisha Sharma in the show ‘Internet Wala Love’, has shared how it was to work with Tunisha and why he felt so bad about not meeting her on the day she allegedly committed suicide for a shoot they were to do together but got postponed.

In a conversation Shivin recalled: “I still remember we were looking for a new face for our show ‘Internet Wala Love’, and there I met Tunisha. We did a few scenes together in the beginning and from then on, it was like magic. It was her first show as the lead.

“But she was so good at her work, had natural talent, and was a fast learner. We shared a lot of memories and had a lot of fun on the sets. We both used to do a lot of pranks with people on the sets.”

Late actress Tunisha Sharma’s ‘Internet Wala Love’ co-star Shivin Narang, who attended her last rites, shared a picture from her funeral and remembered his close friend. Tunisha was cremated in Mumbai on December 27 and her last rites were attended by her family members as well as well-known names from the entertainment industry.

Shivin was present to say a final goodbye to his close friend with whom he worked most recently on an upcoming music video. It was to see them reunite on screen after their last show, ‘Internet Wala Love’, which dates back to 2018.

He posted a picture of Tunisha’s funeral from the cremation ground on his Instagram stories and wrote in the caption: “We will miss you Tunnu. Take care.”

Shivin was quite close to Tunisha and her mother. All through the cremation, he stood beside Tunisha’s mother.

In a statement issued by her, Reem said: “Today, as we lost a smile, we lost someone so full of life. It was heartbreaking to let her go. Being actor, our life is an open book and while we appreciate the fact that the media has always been a part of our highs and lows, we as humans also deserve a bit of privacy while dealing with an unbearable loss.

Tunisha Sharma’s last rites and cremation on Tuesday were attended by her friends and industry colleagues, but the highlight of the late afternoon was her ex-boyfriend and ‘Ali Baba Dastaa-e-Kabul’ co-star Sheezan Khan’s sister, Falak Naaz, breaking down inconsolably when the body of the late actress was consigned to flames.

Sheezan, based on a police complaint filed by Tunisha’s mother, has been charged with abetment of suicide under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (Ipc). He’s in police custody.

Others seen at the funeral included actors Vishal Jethwa, who came to the funeral from Tunisha’s home with her mother, Shivin Narang and Ashnoor Kaur. Her mother looked devastated at the cremation ground, where Sheezan’s family also showed up.

Tunisha was cremated at 4:30 p.m.

‘Pushpa’ star Rashmika Mandanna, who is making her Hindi cinema debut with Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta in ‘Goodbye’, said her character Tara is the complete opposite of her and also shared anecdotes about working with the Big B.

She said, in fact, that Tara is more like her sister, Shiman, who is 16 years younger to her and demands a rational explanation for all that she’s asked to do.

“I am not at all like Tara, who doesn’t believe in rituals and questions everything,” Rashmika said in an interview. “I have great faith in all the rituals and superstitions. I think my sister is more like her. She wants an explanation for everything. Like, why are you doing this or why have I been asked to do this? So, yeah, Tara and my sister are quite similar in this way.”

New Delhi, March 4 (Ians) Singer-songwriter Raghav Chaitanya, who rose to fame with his song "Ek tukda dhoop ka" in the Taapsee Pannu-starrer "Thappad", released his non-film single on Thursday.

Titled "Dooriyan", the song about relationships and heartbreaks is composed by Anurag Saikia on lyrics by Kunaal Vermaa. The music video features actors Shivin Narang and Apoorva Arora.
