Sasha Kerbel's voice can be heard in a song by Russian rock band "Lift". One of the band's members, an author of the song, was a big fan of Sasha as a radio host. He loved her voice so much, that he sampled a clip from one of her shows, and included it into a song. In the clip, Sasha was talking about Eric Clapton's guitar.

Sasha Kerbel's father, Lev Kerbel, was Jewish, while her mother's grandmother was Chinese, adopted by a Russian sailor in Kharbin (China).

Sasha Kerbel first appeared on screen at the age of four as herself, in a documentary about her celebrated father. There was a scene of his kids, playing in the yard. Sasha's task was to draw flowers on the pavement with chalks. On that very day she made a firm decision to become a professional actress.
