Cody Pentzos has worked alongside some of Canada's foremost talents, including Clement Virgo (HBO's The Wire, OWN Network's 'Greenleaf'), Damon D'Oliveira (CBC's 'The Book of Negroes'), and former Writers Guild of Canada Showrunner of the Year, Michael MacLennan.
Cody has helped bring to life many big and small screen projects, including the television hit series Bitten (2014), the Netflix reboot The Magic School Bus Rides Again (2017) , as well as the French-to-English adaptation for the first season of This Life (2015). His story / scripting services are sought after by both emerging and established creatives alike.
Cody has also written several short films including In His Place, the Devil (2014), and The Never Ending Road (2014). He holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Screenwriting, which he received from York University.
When he is not putting pen to paper, Cody lectures on film studies and screenwriting at several post-secondary institutions.
