Gherald Alaman is the founder and CEO of Talent & Skills, a booking and
talent management firm that connects talent and industry professionals
worldwide. In addition, he is an independent casting director, talent
manager, actor, model, and a philanthropist. He has appeared in
numerous independent films, print ads, commercials, and magazines. He
has connected a lot of talent and industry professionals from around
the world. Furthermore, he has hosted/sponsored/promoted major runway
shows, film festivals, film competitions, talent shows, and charity
events.
On October 24th, 2021 at the 100th Anniversary of JCI (Jaycees), Alaman was honored and recognized by JCI New Jersey affiliated with JCI USA with the the Innovation Award for Innovation in Entertainment & Talent Advancement. He is recognized for his contributions in newness, improvement, and professional advancement represented by the best attributes of today's young professionals providing inspiration worthy of emulation.
On October 14, 2021 Alaman and the Talent & Skills team was awarded the Junior Lifetime Achievement Award at the 11th Annual International Film Festival Manhattan for their dedication in helping others in the entertainment world.
On June 2014, Alaman appeared as a special guest on the Nikki Clarke Show. He was also featured in the March/April 2014 issue of "Enspire Magazine" pages 8-10 in their "Everyday Enspiration" spotlight.
Back in 2012, he graced the cover of Da1ly Single, The Fashion Hub, Times Square, and was interviewed on CleanFreeFun on BlogTalkRadio.
Alaman has also directed, edited, and wrote short films. In addition, he used to be a DJ/Newsreporter/Weatherman for WSOU, WMCC, and WVPH. He also worked as a Production Assistant with WKTU and a TV show by Warner Brothers.
While in college, Alaman was selected to intern for ABC Studios, and was one of 10 students that got picked to be a part of the WPIX Broadcasting Seminar. In addition, Alaman got a scholarship to compete at the Los Angeles IMTA Convention. Furthermore, he was also considered one of the top actors that went to Weist-Barron and performed at the Talent Showcase.
