Biography

Sonrika Bhadoria is an Indian actress known for her work in Telugu films and Hindi television. She hails from a Rajput clan residing near the Chambal River. Bhadoria was born and raised in Mumbai. She finished high school at Yashodham High School and graduated from Ruparel College.

Bhadoria debuted with Tum Dena Sath Mera (2011) on Hindi television- she played the role of Abhilasha. However, the show ran for a few months and went off the air in April 2012. Her big break came with her second series, Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev (2011), a Hindi drama based on the life of Lord Shiva. Bhadoria played the role of Goddess Parvati, wife of God Shiva. Her performance got her immense love and recognition nationwide, and she also received the Best Actress (Critics) nomination at the Indian Telly Awards.

She debuted in the film industry with the Telugu action film, Jadoogadu (2015). The film received mixed reviews and didn't make a lot at the box office. She next appeared in Speedunnodu (2016), a romantic comedy film, where she played the role of Vasanti, the female protagonist.

She also appeared in Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam (2016) and Saansein: The Last Breath (2016) in the same year. Her next role was in Indrajith (2017), an action-adventure film.

In 2017, Bhadoria returned to Hindi television with Colors TV's romantic thriller show Ishq Mein Marjawan (2017). She played the role of Netra, the male protagonist's third wife. Her next role was in Sony TV's historical drama Prithvi Vallabh: Itihaas Bhi, Rahasya Bhi (2018). She played the role of Warrior Princess Mrinalvati. The show was dubbed in Sinhala and Tamil- it was highly praised for its visuals and a stellar cast.

Her journey in Hindi television continued with her role as Anarkali in Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali (2018). The show was based on the tragic love story of Salim and Anarkali. After a gap of three years, Bhadoria returned to the big screen with the Hindi drama film Hindutva (2022). The same year, she got engaged to her boyfriend of seven years, Vikas Parashar, on her birthday in Goa.
