A lover of singing, Twinnie-Lee would randomly burst into song during lessons at school and would often be sent out of her Maths class for disrupting the lesson much to the amusement of her fellow classmates.

She was part of the original West End Cast of the Rock Musical Comedy 'Rock Of Ages' which began previews at The Shaftesbury Theatre on August 31st 2011 before opening on September 27th 2011. She played Waitress Number 1 as well as ensemble, She also understudied Justice on many occasions and Sherrie a role she only played two or three times. On October the 9th 2011 (less than a month after the shows official opening) Moore was involved in a motorcycle accident which resulted in a broken leg and meant that she had to withdraw temporarily from ROA, she returned to the show on the 28th of March 2012. Twinnie Lee left the show on 23 of September 2012 at cast change, she was replaced by Carly Mercedes Dyer who had previously been in the cast as a swing.
