Katya Martín is an actor, best known for her performance as a series regular on ABC's "Promised Land" and has also shared the screen with Sarah Greene on BBC's "Roadkill" as well as Dominic West on Showtime's "The Affair."
In addition to acting, her producing and directing endeavours include videos and branded content for Vogue, Red Bull, Target, Credo Beauty, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, The Brooklyn Museum and CLAIM. Martín's work with Alvin Ailey was featured in Elle magazine. Her short film "Vandal", a project she wrote, produced, and starred in, was chosen as Official Selections for Venice Film Week, the short film corner at Cannes and the Soho International Film Festival, among others.
After growing up around Europe and the US, Martín studied media communications and film production at NYU. During her time in university she was one of 14 actors chosen, out of thousands of applicants, to be a part of ABC's New Talent Diversity Showcase.
