Geoffrey Burch is a professional freelance composer of music for film with over 50 visual media credits from North America and Europe.
Geoffrey Burch began composing at the age of nine and began classical Bassoon training at twelve. He eventually found himself attending University studying music composition. It was there that Geoffrey's composing started to flourish, resulting in soundtrack work for film and radio. Upon graduating, Geoffrey toured the US performing with rock, jazz, and experimental ensembles.
In 2011, Geoffrey began composing exclusively for visual media and has since scored award winning movies, documentaries, and video games. His classical training in composition and his years playing for live ensemble has allowed Geoffrey to cover a wide range of styles, timbres, and production methods.
