Graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2015, Joe Meldrum's screen credits include in Dream Deep for Museums Victoria, feature film Beautiful for KOJO Pictures as well as TVC's for The Sammy D Foundation and the Superfine music video for 'Boys! Boys! Boys!'
Joe's theatre credits include Chicago (GFO), Pippin (GFO), 'Snowboy' in Opera Australia's West Side Story on Sydney Harbour, 'Trick' in the 20th Anniversary production of The Boy From Oz (The Production Company), leading man in A Fine Romance; The Magic Of Fred Astaire, and the premiere season of Just A Couple of Song and Dance Men (JTM Productions), Oklahoma! (The Production Company), Rhonda Burchmore and Rachel Beck's The Long and Short Of It (Ding Productions) and Curtains (The Production Company). He has also performed at numerous corporate events through Ding Productions, Event Theatre, Excessive Productions, Fame Agenda, FX Entertainment, J Smith Productions, Rizer and Voltage International Productions.
In 2018, Joe qualified as a semi-finalist for the Rob Guest Endowment and subsequently travelled to New York in the following year to study at Steps On Broadway with their accredited Summer Study NYC program. There he worked with Multi-Award-Winning Director and Choreographer Chet Walker, internationally acclaimed Choreographer and Director Sergio Trujillo, four time Tony Award nominee Randy Skinner, and The Verdon Fosse Legacy LLC, among others.
