Steve Banerjee was convicted of having partner Nick DeNoia murdered. During the trial it was revealed that Nahin was a target also, but had escaped the murder plot by unwittingly remaining in LA at the time of the murder in New York City.

Nahin was one involved in the creation,development and expansion

with Steve Banerjee, of Chippendale's Male Dance Revue. The Club was named after the furniture existing at the club, which was then called Destiny II.

Nahin is the nephew of Stu Nahan, a major television sports journalist in both Los Angeles and nationally for over 40 years until his death in 2007.

Nahin was involved in the music industry throughout the eighties and nineties promoting concerts ,stage management,talent management including assisting in the formation of Death Row records made famous in the film Straight Out Of Compton.

Nahin was one of two founding film commissioners in the City of Santa Clarita. They started with a thought and now the entertainment business is booming there.
