Elena Weinberg was born in August of 1989. Her adoption by Joan Nagel
and Tracy Weinberg was a prearrangement before she was born. She
started acting at the age of three, putting on plays in her living room
with the help of one parent acting with her and the other filming it
for home videos. In elementary school, she started doing summer acting
camps and joined theatre in the 7th grade. She was very active in
theatre in High School, first at San Marcos High School, and then later
transferred to Wimberley High School for their renowned theatre/OAP
program. She went on to go to St. Edward's University, where she
graduated a semester early in December of 2010 with a BA in Theatre
Performance. Since college, she has worked with several local theatre
and film companies. She is currently represented by Heyman Talent
(South Central).
