Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of the biggest anime franchises in history, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what’s next for Tanjiro and company!

Following the final episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc in Japan (also known as Season 4 on Netflix), the series’ official accounts revealed that a Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle movie trilogy will be released instead, adapting the final arc of the popular manga series into anime.

There will not be a Season 5 in the TV show, but rather a trilogy of theatrical movies to conclude the series.

Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment have acquired the trilogy of movies for a global theatrical release, excluding select Asian territories and Japan.

No release date has been confirmed yet. However, an official trailer for Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle was released on June 30!

The annual Anime! Anime! General Election has unveiled the winners of the “Most Recommended Male Voice Actor” of 2023 on Dec 29, 2023.

The survey period spanned from Nov 15, 2023, to Dec 15, 2023, during which over 3,000 anime fans participated. With a majority of female respondents, accounting for approximately 65%, with 35% being male, the survey captured the sentiments of a diverse audience ranging from those under 19 to individuals in their 40s.

Participants were asked to identify the voice actors who left a lasting impression, whether through their roles in various anime or their appearances in other forms of entertainment. The criteria ranged from the most active and impactful voice actor of the year to the one fans found themselves recommending the most.

The official Twitter account of Demon Slayer unveiled a promotional reel for its upcoming Hashira Training Arc on Dec 10, 2023. The promo reel revealed that Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc will release in Spring 2024, with a one-hour special episode.

Moreover, it was also revealed that prior to the broadcast of the new season, a world tour will be held in 140 countries and territories across the world starting in February 2024. A new visual was revealed to commemorate the announcement.

The world tour will screen the final episode of Swordsmith Village Arc along with the one hour first episode of Hashira Training Arc.

Sony group companies, Aniplex of America and streaming service Crunchyroll are to begin simulcast streams of anime series “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc” from April 9.

Crunchyroll will simulcast new episodes every week where the service is available, and exclusively in North America, South America, and Europe.

The underlying manga series was published under Shueisha’s Jump Comics operation, consists of 23 volumes and has seen sales of over 150 million copies. The animation production is by Ufotable.

The narrative began when Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family is killed by a demon, joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his younger sister Nezuko back into a human after she is transformed into a demon.

The third season of “Demon Slayer,” which is titled “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc” is set to premiere on Crunchyroll Sunday, April 9.

Tanjiro is setting off on a new journey in “DemonSlayer” Season 3, heading to the Swordsmith village, where he reunites with two Hashira, whom are members of the Demon Slayer Corps’ highest-ranking swordsmen — Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji. But like before, demons are always in and around just waiting for their moment to attack, which is what kicks off an all-new challenge for Tanjiro and his allies.

Fans got to see their first glimpse of what “Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc” will bring, as the first episode of the third season premiered in movie theaters internationally during the show’s world tour.

Voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch is going back to his roots. In a tweet from Crunchyroll, the voice actor confirmed that he will be reprising his role as Vash the Stampede in the soon-to-come English dub of "Trigun: Stampede." The sappy and satisfying teen rom-dram “The Quintessential Quintupluets Movie” stands out among this year’s bumper crop of movies based on popular Japanese anime series. Much like other recent anime crossover hits, like “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” and “One Piece Film: Red,” “The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie” primarily addresses its franchise’s established audience.

You either already know who’s who and what’s already happened prior to this movie’s events, or you’re likely to get pretty lost.

The record-breaking global phenomenon Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train arrives with both a Limited Edition Blu-ray from Aniplex of America and Standard Edition Blu-ray from Funimation for the first time in the US on December 21, 2021.
