Mawaan is a BAFTA winning actor who stars in, writes and exec produces the critically acclaimed BBC series, Juice. A second series due to release in Autumn 2025.
Mawaan has recently starred in Mark Gatiss' Ghost Stories as well as HBO's Two Weeks to Live alongside Maisie Williams. And his writing credit on Netflix's Sex Education has earned him a spot on Forbes' 30 under 30 list.
As a comedian, Mawaan has appeared on Taskmaster and Live at the Apollo and his live performances of his songs 'Mango' and 'Are You Checking Me Out or Are You Just a Racist?' both went viral.
