Nick Michael(I)
- Editor
- Cinematographer
- Producer
Nick Michael was born in Burnsville, Minnesota in 1984. He first began "editing" movies at the age of four by drawing stick figures performing different actions on strips of Scotch tape and lining them up on a sheet of paper. True story. The seeds of his cinematography career date back almost as far when he discovered his family's 1987 Sony Handycam and quickly mastered its technical intricacies. His writing career began with novelizations of his favorite NES video games, printed on a dot matrix and bound with Elmer's glue. These days, he shoots short films and features with real cinema cameras, edits them with real editing applications (no Scotch tape), and is developing multiple original screenplays with absolutely no narrative ties to Super Mario Bros., Ninja Gaiden, or Castlevania. And when he's not busy doing all of the above, he can be found working on his next novel.
