The decision means there will be no on-screen farewell for Kristin Gaines.

As a result, FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 Episode 1 will likely explain Kristin's departure.

Unfortunately, at the end of FBI: Most Wanted Season 4, there was no indication that Kristin was plotting her departure from the team.

It's sad for the fans who were invested in her arc because it means the resolution probably won't land as well as it should.

After a relatively quiet year, FBI: Most Wanted‘s revolving door is spinning again.

FBI: Most Wanted is about to welcome a new agent.

In a sneak peek for this week’s episode, CBS has shared the first footage of the new Fugitive Task Force agent Ray Cannon, played by Edwin Hodge.

It shows him meeting the team and having to hit the new job running as they need to investigate who bombed an IRS office.

Dylan McDermott shared how this new agent sparks up the team and hints at what will come this season.

That includes tension between Remy Scott and a teammate and developments on Remy’s romantic front.

On the main FBI show, the team has to figure out a young woman’s connection to a store shooting.

FBI: International sends the Fly Team on a thrilling chase to stop a predator that involves turning to one of his victims.

FBI: Most Wanted introduces a new agent to the team who hits the ground running on a big case.

This will also involve some personal issues for each team, with one Fly Team member wanting a new roommate.

After a solid start to the year, all three FBI shows are ready to keep up the excitement for their new seasons.

In the “FBI: Most Wanted” Season 4 premiere, which airs Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 10 p.m., Dylan McDermott’s character Remy Scott goes undercover as a motorcyclist in a case that begins with the murder of an entire family in Georgia.

McDermott told TheWrap that it was his idea for Scott to go undercover, but he didn’t know he’d be playing a badass biker. “That just kind of came down the pipeline, no pun intended,” he says of the episode, which is titled “Iron Pipeline.” “Luckily, I ride motorbikes and motorcycles. So it was perfect.”

And those arm tattoos? Totally real. “They also played pretty well going undercover as a biker because they didn’t rub off,” McDermott said, adding he got his first tat in his 40s.

FBI: Most Wanted is giving a long-awaited sneak peek for Season 4.

CBS has released an opening scene for the Season 4 premiere on Tuesday, which marks the first meeting of team leader Remy Scott (Dylan McDermott) and Sheryll Barnes (Roxy Sternberg).

It also touches on the departure of Ortiz (Miguel Gomez) as well as setting up the plotline of the episode.

Meanwhile, showrunner David Hudgins has shared how the episode will involve Remy going undercover.

He also gave hints for upcoming storylines, including focusing on Gaines’ past and Hana facing some personal problems.

As fans eagerly await the new season, this promises to kick Season 4 off with all the excitement FBI: Most Wanted fans have come to love.
