Adam LeHouillier is a professional editor, director and screenwriter from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Taking home the prize for best feature documentary at the 2024 Madison Film Festival, as well as finalist at the Weyauwega International Film Festival, and official selection at the Serbest International Film Festival, Adam was film editor and story editor/writer on The Best of Us from the producer behind Citizen Penn and Batkid Begins.
Adam was also video editor and sound mixer for Netflix Geeked (2022), showcasing the wildly popular series "Stranger Things", "The Sandman", and "Umbrella Academy". This YouTube hit quickly connected with fans and garnered over 10M+ views.
Adam is making the festival rounds with his latest feature screenplays- Unhoused and Forever People. Unhoused is already a finalist at the 13Horrorcom Film and Screenplay Contest (2024), while Forever People has won the best romantic comedy screenplay award at the Georgia Comedy Film Festival (2022), placed as a semi-finalist at the Table Read My Screenplay competition in Park City (2023), and was a finalist at the Austin Comedy Film Festival (2023).
While in high school, Adam directed his first feature film Guts on the Ceiling (1999), which became a modest B movie classic in the underground horror comedy space. Still at it 20 years later, he went on to write and direct the wild romantic comedy feature The Backslide (2019), which debuted on Amazon Prime Video.
