Nolan Brian Rabanal Tiongco is a writer, director, and photographer from Southern California.
Nolan was born and raised in Pasadena, California. Nolan attended La Salle High School in Pasadena, California where he began producing news programs. Nolan graduated from California State Long Beach with a degree in film post-production. He worked as a data manager at the Warner Bros archival vault for 6 years.
Nolan is now writing, directing, and producing "The Syndicate's Tale" a short film series. Pickpocket (2020) Carry That Weight (2022), & Oyster (TBA).
