Joshua Lawrence Heller was born August 2, 1987, in Mt. Kisco, New York. He was raised in Los Angeles and graduated the University of Southern California (USC) with degrees in Public Relations, Journalism, and Acting.
Prior to his first film appearance alongside Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts in "Larry Crowne," Josh worked behind the scenes in film and personal talent PR. Two years later - following his strong passion for Hollywood's business of being funny - Josh jumped from behind the desk to in front of the camera as an actor in national commercials, television, and film. He has also appeared in music videos for John Mayer and Pharrell Williams, starring as a dancer in Pharrell's Grammy Award-winning music video, "Happy."
Josh is also a fashion and lifestyle photographer, based in Los Angeles.
In 2020, Josh co-founded Favored Nations with friend Noah Centineo, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
