Erik V Wolter is an author, screenwriter, producer, and founder of EVW Entertainment. "Break the Stage," Erik's adaptation of his YA novel of the same name, was released in November 2023 by Freestyle Digital Media. Erik was the executive producer. Erik's adaptation to the screen of a Eugene O'Neil play, "Fight Pride" will be a co-production of Iuvit Media, EVW Entertainment Daniel Stisen Productions, and Eduard Irimia. Sheldon Lettich will direct. Production is scheduled for October 2024 in the UK. Max Czertok and Erik have also teamed up to produce the Sci-fi, M.A.N. written by Erik. A unique version of the Vampire 19th century classic story "Carmilla" to be directed by Ivan Zuccon, an Iuvit Media & EVW Production, is in preproduction. Erik's screenplay "The Dance" is based on the novel, "To Dance!" by H.L. Sykes and Erik V Wolter. "Loyalty on Trial: One American's Battle with the FBI," is Erik's nonfiction historical documentation of how his German American father was prosecuted for imagined disloyalty during WWII. His screenplay, "Footsteps of My Father" took first place for best drama in the Filmhaus Festival, best dramatic film in the Climax Film Festival, and a Finalist in the historical category of the Page Awards. Teaming up with novelist Steve Shear, Erik has collaborated with Steve to adapt three of his novels to screenplays; "The Trials of Adrian Wheeler," "The Click" (a Sci-fi thriller), and "The Fountain," (based on Steve's most recent novel), "The Fountain of Youth," as well as adapting a stage play of Steve's to the screen, "Black Hearts." Erik also co-authored the WWII drama, "End of the Line," the screenplay adaptation of the novel "Resistance" by David Weinraub.
