Jann Mardenborough

Jann Mardenborough is a professional racing driver from Wales who gained his seat with Nissan after winning the Nissan PlayStation GT Academy in 2011, becoming the competition's youngest ever winner. Since then, he has raced at Le Mans in LMP1 and LMP2, as well as racing for Carlin in GP3 and for Nissan across many Japanese tournaments. In 2015, he was named one of Sports Pro Media's 50 most marketable athletes. Jann was then racing in Super GT and Super Formula achieving podiums and wins in both. Jann was official simulator driver for the Nissan Formula E team 2019/2022.
In 2023 he's still racing as non-factory pro driver and did a pole with his teammate in Fuji 24h.
On August 11, 2023, the film Gran Turismo, inspired by Mardenborough's early career, is being released with Archie Madekwe playing Mardenborough. Jann doubled himself as stunt driver in the movie.
