Holly O'Brien(VI)

Holly O'Brien spent her childhood in the beautiful town of Roseburg,
Oregon. A born performer, Holly began dancing at age three. By age
seven, Holly was cast in her first musical theater production, The
Sound of Music. At fifteen years old, Holly was accepted to the world
renowned Interlochen Arts Academy where she majored in Opera, and
Theater. Holly went on to earn her B.F.A in musical theater from The
Hartt School, in Hartford CT. After graduating, Holly moved to NYC and
began working as an actress. Holly quickly landed the role of "Belle"
in the regional premiere of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. She then
went on to play the role of "Belle"in Disney's Beauty and the Beast at
The Merry- Go- Round Playhouse, followed by Arkansas Repertory Theater.
Holly also had the honor of working with the legendary Martin Charnin
on his revival of The Musical "Two by Two" with music by Richard
Rodgers and lyrics by Martin Charnin. She revived the Madeline Khan
role of, "Goldie", singing the aria "The Golden Ram". The musical is
currently being work shopped for a Broadway revival. Holly has
performed in several regional theater productions, as well is in NYC.
Holly has also worked in television, as well as most recently playing
the role of "Detective Jane Kulesa" in the web series, Nightwing
Escalation. Holly recently played the role of "Norma Jeane
Mortenson/Marilyn Monroe" in the play "Norma Jeane Enlightened", by
Joanne De Simone in NYC. Holly is a singer/songwriter, and she can be
seen performing her original music around NYC.
