Originally from sunny California, Craig Michael Beck resides in Savannah, GA and is asked at least once a week if people have ever told him he looks like Edward Norton or Gary Oldman. His wife, Parker Beck, is a Production Designer with the ADG Local 800. Together they have managed to raise a loving dog and two aloof cats. While technically childless, Craig is often ironically cast as a father and kids seem naturally drawn to him.
Blessed with the improvisational benefits gained from 25 years of direct sales experience, Craig is a voracious reader and avid writer, one who credits his love of the English language entirely to his parents. They showed him early in life you can learn or create anything through the fine arts of reading and writing; he can't thank them enough.
A shy child, more comfortable with books than people, Craig ultimately broke from his shell to tackle acting at 35. He graduated with a BA in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice a mere 12 years after obtaining his PhD in the School of Hard Knocks. An active, card carrying SAG/AFTRA member, he also enjoys working as a driver for Teamsters Local 728 and writing in his off time.
