Grew up a fan of film in the late eighties & early nineties. Favorites include "Willow", "Aliens", "Legend", "The Monster Squad", "The Quest a.k.a. Frog Dreaming", "Night of the Creeps", "Robocop" & "Re-Animator".

Worked at Blockbuster Video part-time during high school for four years from the late nineties into the early 2000s. Favorite films from that time include "Boondock Saints", "Session 9", "Nurse Betty", "Suicide Kings", "Battle Royale", "Memento", "Donnie Darko", "Very Bad Things" & "Snatch".

David Lynch, Dario Argento, David Cronenberg & John Carpenter are among his favorite directors.
