Amy DePaola is a narrative director, writer and producer with a background in acting. A 2023 Black Magic Collective Future Women of TV Fellow and a Finalist in the Stowe TV Writers Lab and Stowe Narrative Lab, recent credits include short films such as the Austin Film Festival Official Selection, "Plant Moms," starring Catherine Curtin, "Tiki Bar Funeral Home," all five episodes of the digital Queer series, "The Naturals," and her memoir about her journey into the sport of boxing, "AmyDee," which premiered at the Provincetown International Film Festival and played eighteen other festivals following.
Amy is the founder of Pink Among Men Productions, has two features in development and is writing her first feature that she will direct. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Daniel and their pup, Ruby where she studies with The Groundlings and Actors Comedy Studio. She previously studied with the Moscow Art Theater and American Repertory Theater. A Jersey girl with a penchant for pizza, she received her MFA from Emerson College and is represented by Buchwald Talent.
