Rebecca's first stage play, Confessions of a Redheaded Coffeeshop Girl (which she both created and performed), was picked up by Bell Fibe TV Canada for their "On Stage On Demand" series in 2014, and was available on TV on demand for several years.

Perry is originally from Brampton, Ontario, and a lot of her early acting roles were at the city's Rose Theatre - she now lives in Toronto, but has performed all of her solo theatre shows at the Rose.

Rebecca gets mistaken as British because she has spoken in a English accent on film and TV almost as much as her native North American accent.
