Giulio Ciancamerla

Giulio Ciancamerla is a filmmaker and assistant director from Rome, Italy. He started from the scratch making no-budget underground short films in his early youth: 1/2 Melting, The Double (2003), Fame rmx 2 (2004), and Fiore (2006) based on the novel by Alda Teodorani. Meanwhile he created a small independent label called "Deny Everything" that produces and distributes underground multimedia projects. He worked as Second Unit Director or Assistant Director for feature films, documentaries and short films including: This Is Not Cricket (2020), Frammenti (2013), Hippocampus M 21th (2014), Violent Shit: The Movie (2015), McBetter (2018). In 2016 he began to shoot the documentaries "Osteria con cucina" and "The Dark Side of Italian Cinema". Undercover Mistress (2016) is his latest short film.
