Julie Sharbutt

Julie Sharbutt is an actor, writer, director. Born and raised in New York City, now living in Los Angeles, Julie earned degrees in English Literature and Theatre from Vanderbilt University, and an MFA in Acting from NYU. In 2012 she raised funds on Kickstarter to finance her feature film directorial debut, Moved, now on Amazon. In 2017 she was named as an Artist in Time Warner's OneFifty New Storytellers Initiative. A longtime improviser and comic actor, she performs regularly at the Peoples Improv Theater and Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. Member of Film Fatales and the Alliance of Women Directors .
