- Monica Floyd is a rising American entertainment executive, whose titles include director, producer, manager, artist, and writer. As Chief Executive Officer of True Vision Media Group (TVMG), she employs her natural talents to motivate others to dare to be different and to dream big dreams.
While carrying out her vision to inspire through the arts, Monica has secured performance deals for artists and produced and directed music videos and films. Monica has also navigated the entertainment industry as a singing artist under TVMG. She has collaborated with several celebrity artists including R&B singer Ray J. With the release of her EP Get Used To This, she asserts her captivating lifestyle through five strong tracks. With collaborative features from Snoop Dogg, E-40 and Baby Bash, the EP is an experience in enjoyable, dance-friendly urban pop.
As a talent manager, Monica is known to be sophisticated yet savvy when it comes to making the sale and closing the deal. With a strong management foundation acquired in the auto industry where she trained, managed and developed an entire sales team for several years, Floyd has become an accomplished leader in all facets of the entertainment business and is well known in business and entertainment arenas as a fierce negotiator and persuasive motivator who gets the job done. Prior to launching True Vision Media Group, Floyd exhibited deft management skills in the comedy arena where, through her self-owned business K&M Entertainment, she negotiated deals for high profile comedians and successfully promoted and produced numerous comedy events throughout the Los Angeles area.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in five different areas - electronic media management, cinema, television, radio and film - from Cal State University at Northridge.
