Biography

Carlos Andrés Reyes is a Colombian director and writer, known for Uncounted (2021), Unmask (2021), En Agosto (2008) and Fat, Bald, Short Man (2011). Throughout his filmmaking career, he has collaborated with many companies in the fields of animation, life action, non-fiction and corporate projects. In many ways, his focus on one-minute films solidified his cinematic storytelling process, and helped him delve deeper into the investigation of micro-narratives and the relationships between story and time. Carlos also worked as a professor, which gave him the opportunity to deepen his cinematic understanding by teaching using his filmmaking experience.
