Domenico Davide Pappalardo was born in Catania, Italy in 1976. He is a writer. He has been twice winner of the Premio Solinas (Borsa Sbarigia), the most prestigious screenwriting award in Italy, twice finalist at the same contest, and winner of several other prominent screenwriting awards. He currently teaches Cinema at the University of Catania.
