Kerri Lynn Miller is an award-winning filmmaker and actress. Her short films, Awaken Her, and The Luckiest Man Alive which she wrote, directed, and starred in have received critical acclaim as well as numerous nominations and awards including Best Actress, Best Director, Best Script, and Jury Prize. Her feature film screenplay, Awaken Her finished in the top percent of the 2022 Academy Nicholl Fellowship competition. Hailing from New Jersey and one of three children, Kerri got involved in acting during her college years. At first, she thought she wanted to be a doctor, but after having to take a monologue class as an elective to graduate she became hooked on acting. After graduation, Kerri went on to study at William Esper Studio under the guidance of Terry Knickerbocker and then finished a master's program with Maggie Flannagan. She lives in New Jersey and is married with a son.
