Rod is a English actor who trained at the prestigious LAMDA drama school and is a classically trained Theatre actor.

Best known for playing Thorfinn Rowle in the Harry Potter movies where He was nominated for his stunt work in the famous cafe scene before working on Waking The Dead, Law And Order , the Royals TV series and the number 1 Netflix series Stay Close and Bond No Time To Die.

Rod is a physical actor who has extensive training in authentic Japanese Battlefield martial arts and is trained in original Jujutsu and Ninpo .

Before Rod's acting career he served an apprenticeship with Australia's boxing legends Bernie Hall at Sydney's tough Rocks Gymnasium and Max Pescud at his home gym on the Gold coast Australia making a living sparring with fighters all over Australia and the world for their upcoming title bouts and has trained under the late Mick Carney at the famous Fitzroy Lodge boxing club in Lambeth South London for the last 25 years where he sparred with David Haye former Cruiser and Heavy weight champion of the world and Ted Bami former European light welterweight champion .

Rod due to his physical background and expertise is called upon to perform his own stunts when acting on film and TV productions.
