As both an American & New Zealander, Wendy founded the production company Bullet Entertainment with offices in Los Angeles, California and Wellington, New Zealand.

Prior to this, Wendy served as in-house Counsel and VP of Legal and Business Affairs at Landmark Entertainment. Her focus at Landmark involved delivery of multi-million dollar deal ventures relating to feature films and theme park productions where she oversaw all elements of development, production and finance. Prior to working with Landmark, Wendy negotiated disputes involving both intellectual property theft and copyright issues. Wendy has been recognized in Woman's Wear Daily for her support and prevention of intellectual property theft.
Wendy's unique international legal background is an edge when dealing with foreign financing and international law. Wendy is a member of the California State Bar, and currently holds the position of Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and as Law Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
Wendy graduated from Duke University School of Law where she received a Master of Laws. Wendy obtained her first law degree from Canterbury School of Law in New Zealand and obtained her BA at University of Southern California and studied Philosophy at Edinburgh University in Scotland. Wendy's international study of law included further study at Hong Kong University of Law where she studied project finance under the tutelage of Duke Law professors and Sherman & Sterling. With great pride Wendy served in the US Navy and was awarded the Unit Commendation Medal from the Secretary of the Navy in her capacity as an Airman in Anti-Submarine Warfare.
