Aglaja Amadò (full name Elena Aglaja Amadò) was born in Lugano, Switzerland she was educated in London, New York and Los Angeles. She graduated in 2009 at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, where she participated in several independent American productions.
In 2010 she returned to Switzerland where she began working in the local film industry TV and commercials.
In 2014 she produced her first short movie: "Carvina" which premiered at the Giffoni Film Festival in 2015 followed by many more. In 2023 she produced and acted for the stage production of "Le tre porte".
Since 2015 she also work as a theatre teacher to young kids.
