Matt Klein acts as a showrunner for Whistle, a digital entertainment company. He currently produces and directs Bad Jokes, a comedy competition series pitting various celebrities against one another as they tell terrible one liners.
His portfolio includes co-creating, writing and directing a comedy television series for Nicktoons Network, producing Youtube and Facebook Watch series for social creators Dude Perfect and Famous Los, and working for companies such as The Onion, The Mill, Electric City Entertainment, and Twentieth Century Fox.
In addition to showrunning, as a senior creative producer he works in creative development for animated series concepts and has acted as a lead editor and motion graphics designer on several series for major sports leagues such as the NFL, MLB and the NBA.
Coming up in the industry, he grabbed any job he could in order to get experience in each department of production. He's worked in production assistance to running a grip department, assisting in line production, production coordination and post-production.
